To apply for any of our programs, applicants must meet the following general requirements:
Completed Application Form (online or paper-based)
2×2 ID Picture (white background, taken within the last 6 months)
Valid Government-issued ID or School ID
Copy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
Good Moral Character Certificate from the last school attended (for students)
Medical Clearance (for programs that require physical activity or lab work)
Payment of Application Fee (non-refundable)
Admission depends on the level and type of program you’re applying for:
Completion of Junior High School (Grade 10)
Form 138 (Report Card)
Certificate of Completion
High School Diploma or SHS Completion Certificate
Form 138 / Form 137-A (Transcript of Records)
Entrance Exam Result (if applicable)
At least High School Graduate
Certificate of Employment (for working applicants, if required)
Must pass Skills Assessment (if required by the program)
If you’re enrolling in a short course, upskilling program, or weekend training:
At least 18 years old
Proof of employment or resume (for industry-aligned programs)
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Interview or program briefing (some courses)
For fully online or blended programs, ensure you have:
A working desktop/laptop or tablet
Stable internet connection (at least 5 Mbps recommended)
Access to email and Google account
Basic computer skills
Quiet, distraction-free study space
To confirm your slot, submit:
Proof of payment (down payment or full tuition)
Signed enrollment agreement
Parent/guardian consent (if below 18 years old)

Depending on your chosen program or track, we may request:
Portfolio of work (for arts or media courses)
Audition (for music, dance, or performance arts)
Industry certifications or licenses
NBI or Police Clearance (for certain technical fields)
