Step 1: Choose Your Program

Step 2: Prepare Your Requirements

Before starting your application, gather the following documents:

For Local Applicants:

  • Completed Application Form (available online)

  • Official High School Transcript (Form 137 or 138)

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character

  • 1 Government-Issued ID (or School ID)

  • Passport-size photo (white background)

  • Application Fee: ₱500 (non-refundable)

For International Applicants:

  • Certified True Copy of Transcript (English translation if needed)

  • Copy of Passport (bio page)

  • Certificate of English Proficiency (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL)

  • Recommendation Letters (2)

  • Statement of Purpose

  • Visa and Study Permit (once accepted)

Step 3: Submit Your Application Online

Applying to PALWEBDEV University is easy — and completely digital.

  1. Visit our Online Admissions Portal: apply.palwebdevuniversity.edu

  2. Create your Applicant Account

  3. Fill out the application form carefully

  4. Upload all required documents

  5. Pay the application fee via Maya, GCash, or Credit/Debit Card

  6. Submit your application

Step 4: Wait for Evaluation & Interview Invitation

Once submitted, our admissions team will evaluate your documents. You will receive an acknowledgment email within 3–5 business days.

  • If your application passes initial screening, you’ll be invited to a virtual or in-person interview.

  • You may also be required to take a placement test depending on your program.

Step 5: Receive Your Admission Results

You’ll receive your official admission results via email and through your applicant dashboard.

  • Accepted students will receive an Acceptance Letter and Enrollment Instructions

  • If waitlisted, you will be notified of your status and next steps

Step 6: Secure Your Slot

Once admitted:

  • Confirm your slot by paying the Enrollment Reservation Fee

  • Attend our Freshman Orientation

  • Submit any pending original documents during enrollment
