Services Offered

The office offers a full range of counseling and support services for all students, grouped into four key areas:

Personal & Mental Health Counseling

Confidential, one-on-one support sessions with licensed counselors trained in student mental health.

Available Services:

  • Emotional & stress management counseling

  • Anxiety, depression, and burnout support

  • Grief, trauma, or crisis intervention

  • Identity, self-esteem, and relationship guidance

  • Referral to psychiatrists or specialized services (as needed)

Academic Counseling

Guidance tailored to help students improve learning performance and academic habits.

Support Areas Include:

  • Study skills & time management strategies

  • Adjustment counseling for first-year or transferring students

  • Learning style assessments

  • Probationary and at-risk student support

  • Collaboration with faculty for intervention plans

Career Guidance & Development

Preparing students for life after graduation with the right tools, direction, and mindset.

Career Services:

  • Career interest profiling (ex: MBTI, Holland Code)

  • Resume writing & mock interviews

  • Career coaching & decision-making support

  • Job fair preparation and employer referrals

  • Internship application guidance

  • Industry talk series and career path panels

Appointments can be booked online or in person. Emergency walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

Yes, all currently enrolled students have full access to our services at no additional cost.

 

Can I request help for a friend?
Yes, we offer referral support. You may approach the office with concerns about a classmate or friend.
